Thomas McMahon Superintendent is a generous individual who devotes a significant amount to time in the community service. He is dedicated towards the welfare of society and actively participates in several community service activities. He is associated with Watchful Shepherd Program as its Chairman and aims at the prevention of family violence and child abuse. The Watchful Shepherd program focuses on protecting children as well as their families from family violence and child abuse. It provides child victims and families with a wrist band that can activate electronic device installed in their home. This also activates a monitoring system at the organization’s National Response Center that works on a 24/7 a day basis. Moreover, this program provides for regular weekly contact with child by a volunteer to ensure that the system is working perfectly.
