Located in North Caldwell, New Jersey, West Essex Regional School District is a regional public school district that serves students in 7th through 12th grade from 4 municipalities in western Essex County of New Jersey. The district’s schools serve the communities of North Caldwell, Roseland, Fairfield and Essex Fells. These suburban communities encompass the area of eighteen square miles and have the combined population of approx 23,000 people. He served the Toms River Regional School District as an Assistant Superintendent/ School Business Administrator and created many technology learning centers across the district. While working with Plumsted Township School District, Thomas McMahon Superintendent started a business partnership program that helped raise approx $850, 000. Nowadays, he is serving the Barnegat Township School District as Business Administrator/Superintendent of Schools.
